Mi stupisco conoscendo il gestore ,rinomato x le buone pizze che fa nella sua pizzeria a Lentini, probabilmente avrà cambiato pizzaiolo?? booo!!!! Una delusione!!!! Beautiful relaxing place on the green, very cordial staff, inedible pizzolo burnt underneath, in the middle of raw kneaded pasta, stringy cheese that cannot be described, pizza nothing special. I am amazed knowing the manager, renowned for the good pizzas he makes in his pizzeria in Lentini, probably has changed the pizza chef ?? booo !!!! A delusion!!!!

Prezzo adeguato ed in linea, il tutto in una location meravigliosa circondati da alberi e piante tropicali a bordo di un laghetto artificiale..... Complimenti alla proprietà ci rivedremo presto.... ovviamente consigliatissimo. Excellent abundant and well-served food, fast courteous staff and above all present at the tables. Appropriate price and in line, all in a wonderful location surrounded by tropical trees and plants on the edge of an artificial lake ..... Congratulations to the property we will see you again soon .... obviously highly recommended.

Nota negativa, servizio scarso, attesa eccessiva, pizze arrivate almeno un ora prima delle cozze che alla fine sono arrivate abbastanza crude. Se capiterà di ritornarci sicuramente per il posto e per la pizza. Positive note the very good pizza and the place with a large green space, for children is ideal. Negative note, poor service, excessive waiting, pizzas arrived at least an hour before the mussels that eventually arrived quite raw. If we happen to come back for sure for the place and for the pizza.

L'organizzazione del servizio è proprio mal messa e nonostante la pizza sia davvero molto buona, il resto non si salva assolutamente. Ho ordinato degli arancini alle cozze e delle pizze : Mentre gli arancini non sono mai arrivati (seppur presenti nel conto finale), le pizze, dopo circa due ore tra prendere l'ordinazione e consegnarle una ad una a distanza di almeno 15 minuti una dall'altra, erano tutto sommato molto buone. Luogo davvero incantevole, spazio gioco per bambini che si affaccia su un gradevole lago. In soldoni : Se si dispone di una grande pazienza lo consiglio (soprattutto di giorno per goderne della location) ma se non si è pronti ad aspettare almeno un'ora solo per prendere l'ordinazione, girate al largo. P.s. Confrontandomi con altri commensali è venuto fuori che neanche la cucina brillava particolarmente. Excellent pizza but for the service unfortunately the situation is reversed. Appalling expectations, staff that does not shine in the most absolute way. The organization of the service is really badly put and although the pizza is really very good, the rest is absolutely not saved. I ordered arancini with mussels and pizzas: While the arancini never arrived (albeit present in the final bill), the pizzas, after about two hours between taking the order and delivering them one by one at a distance of at least 15 minutes from each other, were all in all very good. A truly enchanting place, a playground for children overlooking a pleasant lake. In a nutshell: If you have a lot of patience I recommend it (especially during the day to enjoy the location) but if you are not ready to wait at least an hour just to take the order, turn off. P.Š. Compared to other diners it turned out that not even the kitchen shone particularly.

I didn't try the pizzas but a fish-based menu with few possible choices, all excellent. More than fair prices, highly recommended!

L	Luke Sellar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Acquabianca with my wife and daughter. Our meal was excellent, with beautifully prepared mussels. The head chef is very talented and a master of his craft. The selection of food and drink is exquisite. The location is pristine with a lush lawn beside a small lake. Would highly recommend a trip to Acquabianca. The house-made Amaro dell'Etna is a fantastic choice, and is made using many of the herbs that are grown on site.
