L'altro giorno ho comperato un piccolo profumo per la mia nipotina.il cartello diceva offerta 5,90 15 ml,nome del profumo e durata dell'offerta.avevo preso altro,ho pagato e sono uscita.a casa mi sono resa conto che il profumo mi era stato fatto pagare 9 90.oggi sono andata per vedere se avevo sbagliato io e invece no sullo scaffale 5,90 in casa 9 90.la cassiera da cancellare,si arrampicava sugli specchi,forse era un altro colore può essersi spostato il cartello etc Poi con voce appena udibile dice se vuole le rendo i soldi!e ho detto di tenersi pure i 4 € ma da oggi avrebbero avuto una cliente in meno.veramente una cosa penosa.avrebbe fatto meglio ad ammettere sinceramente l'errore e tutto sarebbe finito.inveve ha pure cercato di farmi passare per una stupida!una bella croce su questo negozio . Il personale è poco accogliente e disponibile, impreparato se chiedi informazioni sui prodotti e sempre intento a fare qualcosa che gli impedisce di darti retta. Il negozio non è troppo ampio e quando trovi bancali e scatoloni nei corridoi non ti muovi più. Possibile che non esistano momenti migliori per sistemare la merce, dato che non c'è spazio? Le tre stelle sono di incoraggiamento, ma personalmente andrò nel punto vendita di Novara. I have been going to this store in Galliate since it opened, but I find it decidedly worse. The staff is unwelcoming and helpful, unprepared if you ask about products and always intent on doing something that prevents them from listening to you. The shop is not too large and when you find pallets and boxes in the aisles you don't move anymore. Is it possible that there are no better times to arrange the goods, since there is no space? The three stars are for encouragement, but personally I will go to the Novara store.
