★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire Maisons du Monde ha prodotti certamente di qualità superiore a Ikea....ma i prezzi sono un po' altini considerando che, in fin dei conti, sono tutti prodotti fabbricati "in serie"...ma se volete dare un tocco di qualità a qualche ambiente della casa un giro ve lo consiglio!!!
 What about Maisons du Monde certainly has products of higher quality than Ikea .... but the prices are a bit high considering that, after all, they are all "mass-produced" products ... but if you want to give a touch of quality to some room of the house I recommend a ride !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La gentilezza e disponibilità di Silvana (la responsabile del punto vendita) ci ha lasciato senza parole. Ha capito subito che avevamo fatto un sacco di strada solo per andare in quel punto e ha fatto di tutto per consegnarci la merce anche oltre la chiusura del negozio in prima persona adoperandosi per evitarci ulteriori viaggi. Grazie di cuore!
The kindness and helpfulness of Silvana (the store manager) left us speechless. He immediately realized that we had come a long way just to go to that point and he went out of his way to deliver the goods to us even after the closing of the shop in first person, working to avoid further trips. Thank you with all my heart!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo personale e servizio post vendita, mi hanno consegnato due specchi danneggiati ma hanno risolto prontamente il problema sostituendoli entrambi, molto cortesi e disponibili, negozio consigliato, i prodotti che vendono sono mediamente più cari dei competitor ma permettono di personalizzare maggiormente la propria casa
Excellent staff and after-sales service, they gave me two damaged mirrors but they quickly solved the problem by replacing them both, very courteous and helpful, recommended shop, the products they sell are on average more expensive than competitors but allow you to customize your home more

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando acquistare non è solo la soddisfazione di una esigenza e di un bisogno ma viene vissuto come una vera e propria esperienza....
Entri in quello che non può essere definito negozio, ma in un vero e proprio viaggio attraverso terre lontane, dove colori ambrati, piante esotiche e materie pregiate fanno la differenza….
Facilità poi di parcheggio e grandissima attenzione per i nostri amici “diversamente insuperabili”….
Suggerirei solo una maggior prossimità al cliente da parte del personale….
Stupendo per il resto!

Molto più che semplice (non sempre scontata) professionalità! Cortesia e gentilezza ben oltre il dovuto e il ruolo che le compete. Si è fatta in quattro per risolvere un problema che sembrava senza soluzione relativo ad un acquisto sbagliato da parte mia. Abito a Perugia e per puro caso mi sono trovata al negozio di Novara!
Il fattore "umano" a volte è tutto. Sono stata fortunata ad incontrare lei! Grazie.

Much more than simple (not always obvious) professionalism! Courtesy and kindness far beyond what is due and the role that belongs to it. She went out of her way to solve a seemingly unsolvable problem related to a wrong purchase on my part. I live in Perugia and by pure chance I found myself at the Novara shop!
Sometimes the "human" factor is everything. I was lucky to meet her! Thanks.
