★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempi di attesa per far venire il tecnico lunghissimi. Chiami per sapere qualcosa dell impianto (che ha 1 anno) in riparazione da 2 settimane e nesauno sa dirti nulla. Ti dicono:"la faccio richiamare dal tecnico" ma nessuno richiama o se lo fanno la risposta è"mi informo e le faccio sapere" ma.poi sparisce!! Mi pento di aver pagato tanto soldi x una cosa inutile (in quanto sempre rotta)
 Long waiting times for the technician to come. You call to find out about the implant (which is 1 year old) that has been under repair for 2 weeks and nobody can tell you anything. They tell you: "I'll have the technician call you back" but no one calls back or if they do, the answer is "I'll find out and let you know" but then it disappears !! I regret paying so much money for a useless thing (as it is always broken)
