Riccardo è riuscito a consigliarmi dei materiali giusti ottenendo un ottimo accostamento tra il vecchio e il nuovo. Consegna nei tempi prestabiliti. Piccoli problemi risolti tempestivamente. Che dire BRAVI

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da dire in merito alla qualità degli oggetti ma... servizio davvero deludente. nonostante l’appuntamento abbiamo dovuto aspettare 45 minuti e, quando finalmente arrivò il nostro turno, l’incaricata alle vendite ci ha fatto perdere altre 2 ore in discorsi per poi concludere con “il preventivo forse tra due settimane”. Proprio in merito a questo le abbiamo fatto presente che avevamo una certa urgenza proprio perché la ristrutturazione del nostro appartamento doveva partire con il posizionamento degli impianti e del bagno, alla luce di questo l’incaricata ci ha rassicurato dicendo che massimo 2/3 giorni e ci avrebbe fatto avere questo benedetto preventivo. Morale della storia? Sono passate esattamente 3 settimane e ancora nessuno si è fatto vivo. Cara signora... siamo andati da Martinelli, da cambielli, da idrocentro e tutti ci hanno fatto avere il preventivo il giorno stesso dell’appuntamento. Servizio davvero di basso basso livello, il mio consiglio? Andate da un’altra parte
Nothing to say about the quality of the items but ... really disappointing service. despite the appointment we had to wait 45 minutes and, when our turn finally came, the sales representative made us waste another 2 hours in speeches and then concluded with "the quote maybe in two weeks". Precisely about this we pointed out that we had a certain urgency precisely because the renovation of our apartment had to start with the positioning of the systems and the bathroom, in light of this the person in charge reassured us by saying that maximum 2/3 days and he would have given us this blessed quote. Moral of the story? Exactly 3 weeks have passed and still no one has shown up. Dear lady ... we went to Martinelli's, cambielli, hydrocentre and they all sent us the quote on the day of the appointment. Really low level service, my advice? Go somewhere else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In passato aveva un altro nome era molto efficiente. Attualmente sono sottoorganico e li scarso personale non vi segue. Dopo aver telefonato per informarmi su orari e aperture, sono entrato in negozio e dopo un ora di attesa nessuno ci ha dato udienza. Gli unici tre addetti hanno continuato a parlare a telefono o con i precedenti clienti. Unico consiglio quello di tornare su appuntamento . Chiamato per prenotare, ci hanno detto dopo vari minuti di attesa che non avevano posto e ci avrebbero richiamato. In effetti lo hanno fatto ma dopo 2 gg. Avevo già acquistato altrove.
In the past it had another name it was very efficient. I am currently under-staffed and the scarce staff do not follow you. After phoning to inquire about times and openings, I went into the shop and after an hour of waiting no one gave us an audience. The only three employees continued to speak on the phone or with previous customers. The only advice is to come back by appointment. Called to book, they told us after several minutes of waiting that they didn't have room and would call us back. In fact they did but after 2 days. I had already purchased elsewhere.
