★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider nicht zu empfehlen. Ich habe am 13.1.2021 ein Parfüm bestellt und mittels PayPal bezahlt. Die Bestellung kam leider nie bei uns an, UPS hat sie auf halben Weg zurück an Acqua di Parama geschickt da scheinbar bei der Übermittlung der Adresse von Paypal zu Acqua di Parama die Hausnummer verloren gegangen ist. Ich habe den Kundenservice diesbezüglich am 1.2. und am 10.2. kontaktiert und man hat mir immer versprochen die Zahlung werde schnellstmöglich zurücküberwiesen. Leider ist das bis heute nicht geschehen. Auf Mail Anfragen an den Kundenservice wurde nicht reagiert.
[update 27.2.2021] Das Geld ist nach 6 Wochen wieder zurück überwiesen worden und wir haben das Parfüm bei Douglas bestellt und zwei Tage später erhalten..
 Unfortunately not to be recommended. I ordered a perfume on January 13th, 2021 and paid for it using PayPal. Unfortunately, the order never arrived, UPS sent it halfway back to Acqua di Parama because the house number was apparently lost when the address was sent from PayPal to Acqua di Parama. I have the customer service in this regard on 1.2. and on 10.2. contacted and I was always promised the payment would be transferred back as soon as possible. Unfortunately that has not happened to this day. There was no response to mail inquiries to customer service.
[update 02/27/2021] The money was transferred back after 6 weeks and we ordered the perfume from Douglas and received it two days later.
