★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conversione patente estera. Ho deciso di fare la conversione della patente con loro. Mi sono fidata e mi è stato detto da loro che posso girare anche se la patente era scaduta con un foglio che dimostrava la conversione. Quando sono passati circa 6-7 mesi e la patente non arrivava ho dovuto andare da sola alla motorizzazione a richiederla dove mi è stato spiegato che con una patente scaduta non si può girare assolutamente (logico, no?!), bisogna fare la conversione prima della scadenza, quindi meglio 1 anno prima con i tempi di Roma. Ho rischiato di finire in galera se avessi fatto qualche incidente. Incompetenti e comportamento molto arrogante, non hanno mai ammesso di aver sbagliato e non si sono manco scusati.
Salve, non riesco a rispondere quindi aggiorno qua: Se sapessi che ci vogliono tanti mesi ovviamente avrei fatto la conversione prima, l'ho iniziata solo circa 1-2 mesi prima. Quando sono tornata da voi dopo 6 mese dall'inizio (nessuna colpa vostra che la motorizzazione è lenta), e vi ho chiesto se posso continuare a circolare anche se la patente e quel foglio erano scaduti, voi mi avete fatto un nuovo foglio e mi avete risposto di sì. Dopo le mie verifiche con i carabinieri accanto e la motorizzazione avete strapato quel nuovo foglio e non avete mai ammesso di avermi dato le informazioni sbagliate.

When I returned to you after 6 months from the start (no fault of yours that the motorization is slow), and I asked you if I can continue to circulate even if the license and that sheet had expired, you made me a new sheet and I you answered yes. After my checks with the carabinieri next to you and the motorization, you tore off that new sheet and never admitted that you gave me the wrong information.
