★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sito NON Aggiornato e quindi crea problemi agli utenti. Prima non funzionava ma ora accettano carta di credito e bancomat (effetto cashback ?) Orario di apertura fino alle 13.30 pero' per i pagamenti chiudono al pubblico alle ore 12.30... negli ultimi mesi sono migliorati...

Sono andato per il pagamento del bollo auto alle 13.15 avendo visto sul sito che la chiusura è alle ore 13.30.
Come mi ha visto entrare mi ha chiesto cosa facessi lì sulla porta , io rispondo che devo pagare il bollo dell'auto. Lei con tono, l'ufficio è chiuso dalle 12.30 io dico ok sono venuto adesso perché sul vostro sito c'è scritto che la orario di chiusura è alle ore 13.30
Lei...., le ho detto che chiudiamo alle 12.30!!!
Un consiglio, davanti ad un cliente cerca di cambiare atteggiamento e sorridi.....poi quando sei sola mandami pure in quel paese. ?
