★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato all automobile club Verona di San Giovanni Lupatoto per avere alcune informazioni riguardo la mia patente e ho trovato il personale estremamente maleducato.
Le informazioni da me richieste sono state date e di questo non discuto, ho trovato però la persona con cui mi stavo consultando molto sgarbata nonostante mi sia trattenuto dal rispondere con gli stessi toni usati da lei e continuando a comportarmi in maniera rispettosa; suggerirei a chiunque sia il responsabile di raccomandare le buone maniere al suo personale.
I went to the car club Verona in San Giovanni Lupatoto to get some information about my driving license and I found the staff extremely rude.
The information I requested was given and I do not discuss this, but I found the person I was consulting with very rude despite having refrained from responding with the same tones used by her and continuing to behave in a respectful manner; I would suggest anyone responsible to recommend good manners to their staff.

Personale veloce, gentile, preparato e incline al problem solving.
Sono stato ricontattato il giorno dopo per telefono ed e-mail per darmi l'esito dell'operazione (un rimborso parziale di bollo non goduto).

Although I live closer to the Center, it is more convenient for me because of the availability of parking.
Fast, kind, prepared and problem-solving staff.
I was contacted the next day by phone and e-mail to give me the outcome of the operation (a partial refund of unused stamp duty).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato All’agenzia in quanto il preventivo era molto più basso rispetto ad un’altra agenzia di San Giovanni Lupatoto.
Al momento del pagamento mi dicono Una cifra molto superiore a quella pattuita.
Verificato l’errore commesso dalla dipendente dell’agenzia mi defilano con delle semplici scuse.
Diciamo che mi sarei aspettato perlomeno, che le spese di commissione non mi sarebbero state addebitate per l’errore grave che hanno commesso.
Personalmente non la ritengo un’agenzia affidabile.

At the time of payment they tell me a much higher amount than agreed.
Having verified the mistake made by the agency employee, they dismiss me with a simple apology.
Let's say that I would have expected at least that the commission costs would not have been charged to me for the serious mistake they committed.
Personally, I do not consider it a reliable agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovo assurdo il poter pagare il bollo auto solo alla mattina dal Lunedì al Venerdì. Le persone che lavorano come fanno?? Mi è stato risposto che posso pagarlo online (la regione Veneto non lo prevede) o in qualsiasi centro Sisalpay (per poi vedermi recapitare sanzioni per calcolo errato come successo in precedenza). Pensare di dedicare 2 pomeriggio al servizio pagamento bolli no?! Avete sicuramente perso un cliente.
I find it absurd to be able to pay the car tax only in the morning from Monday to Friday. How do people work? I was told that I can pay it online (the Veneto region does not provide it) or at any Sisalpay center (and then see me delivering penalties for incorrect calculation as happened previously). Thinking of dedicating 2 afternoons to the stamp duty payment service, right ?! You have certainly lost a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono due impiegate all'interno. Tre stelle purtroppo perché una delle due impiegate appare palesemente svogliata e poco attenta alla cortesia con il pubblico.
Non fa una bellissima impressione a mio parere.... sembra veramente di dare fastidio appena si entra.
There are two employees inside. Three stars unfortunately because one of the two employees appears clearly listless and little attentive to courtesy with the public.
It doesn't make a great impression in my opinion .... it really seems to annoy as soon as you enter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata un mese fa per rinnovo patente (diabetica) mi è stata rinnovata per 5 anni come da visita dal diabetologo ma la scadenza mi è stata fatta per 5 anni (2027) e non alla scadenza della data di nascita (c'è una legge che lo dice) ma legge è uguale per tutti mi chiedo????
La prossima volta andrò a rinnovare da altra parte
I was a month ago to renew my license (diabetic) I was renewed for 5 years as per the visit to the diabetologist but the expiration was given to me for 5 years (2027) and not at the expiration of the date of birth (there is a law who says it) but the law is the same for everyone I wonder ????
Next time I will go to renew on the other side
