★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo chiamato telefonicamente per un chiarimento ed ero già arrabbiato in modo pregiudiziale contro il sistema dei pagamenti virtuali del bollo. Ho trovato dall'altra parte molta professionalità e una eccezionale capacità di gestione del cliente. Complimenti!
 I had called by phone for clarification and I was already angry in a prejudicial manner against the system of virtual stamp payments. I found on the other hand a lot of professionalism and an exceptional customer management capacity. Congratulations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi darei 0 stelle: sono andata per un'esenzione bollo con gli orari scritti nel foglio inviatami dalla regione. La signora al banco, indisponente e scortese mi ha fatto andare 3 volte aggiungendo ogni Volta un foglio in piu' (se avesse letto la pratica sin dall'inizio....); alla quarta e ultima mi ha detto che nn ero in orario e lei aveva da fare perche' era fine mese (29!!!!). Quindi per concludere vorrei consigliare vivamente un corso di educazione alla signora che Ce l'aveva tanto col fatto che stava lavorando....
If I could give 0 stars: I went for an exemption stamp with the times written in the sheet sent to me by the region. The lady at the counter, annoying and rude, made me go 3 times adding an extra sheet every time (if she had read the practice from the beginning ....); at the fourth and last she told me that I was not on time and she was busy because it was the end of the month (29 !!!!). So to conclude I would strongly advise a course of education to the lady who had it so much with the fact that she was working ....

Non è da tutti, e nemmeno tutte le delegazioni, essere in grado di sistemare così velocemente e con competenza una pratica su mezzi d’epoca destreggiandosi tra PRA e motorizzazione. Grazie a loro sono riuscito a mantenere la targa originale del mezzo che altrimenti sarebbe stata da reimmatricolare perchè non risultava su nessun registro.
Fast and professional. It is not for everyone, and not even all delegations, to be able to arrange a file on vintage vehicles so quickly and competently by juggling between PRA and motorization. Thanks to them I was able to keep the original license plate of the vehicle which otherwise would have been re-registered because it was not on any register.

Entrano tutti in coppia anche per pagare un bollo ma quando è il turno di me e mio marito che dovevamo fare diverse pratiche ci viene intimato di stare distanti ed entrare separatamente. Chiedono a mio marito 4€ per uno storico dei bolli, che lui fortunatamente ha deciso di non fare. Io dovevo rinnovare la patente e mi viene detto che per prendere appuntamento con il medico dovevo presentarmi munita di fototessera, altrimenti l'appuntamento non si poteva prendere. Ai limiti della follia. Dopo 10 minuti di questo teatrino ci siamo rivolti ad un'agenzia di pratiche auto che a costo zero ci ha fatto lo storico dei bolli e dove ho fissato un appuntamento con il medico per il rinnovo della patente, anche se non ero munita di fototessera.
Arrogance and lack of professionalism. They all come in pairs also to pay a tax but when it is my husband and I's turn who had to do different practices, we are told to stay away and enter separately. They ask my husband for € 4 for a stamp history, which he fortunately decided not to make. I had to renew my driving license and I am told that to make an appointment with the doctor I had to show up with a photo ID, otherwise the appointment could not be made. On the verge of madness. After 10 minutes of this little theater we turned to an auto practice agency that made us the history of the stamps at no cost and where I made an appointment with the doctor for the renewal of the license, even if I did not have a passport photo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi darei zero per la scortesia dove ogni parola detta è sempre 1 parola di troppo. Arrivo dopo mezz'ora ora di fila per 1 bollo e mi dicono che chiudevano lo sportello perché dovevano rinnovare le patenti. Bastava semplicemente dire a me e quelli dietro che fino ad 1 certo punto si potevano pagare ed oltre lo sportello chiudeva. Tutte le restanti agenzie sono migliori
If I could I would give zero for rudeness where every word said is always 1 word too many. I arrive after half an hour in a row for 1 stamp and they tell me that they closed the door because they had to renew their licenses. It was enough to simply tell me and those behind that up to a certain point you could pay and over the counter it closed. All the remaining agencies are better
