M	Monique Ps on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata presso gli uffici ACI di pontefelcino il giorno 31.05.2018 per pagare il bollo auto che proprio quel giorno mi scadeva (di solito pago il bollo dell' auto di mio marito entro l'anno successivo alla scadenza pagando solo 10 euro di tassa) chiesi all' uomo più giovane, il figlio del proprietario, di pagare il vecchio bollo e non il nuovo ma lui con molta protervia mi rispose che sapeva cosa doveva fare e che quello che pagavo era quello che dovevo pagare e che dovevo stare tranquilla perché tutto era regolarmente pagato, chiesi ingenuamente se ciò che asseriva me lo poteva mettere per iscritto ma mi liquido' frettolosamente negandomi questa mia ricerca. A distanza di tempo mi è arrivato il bollo con una sovrattassa molto più cospicua, andai agli uffici ACI di pontefelcino sapendo che avrei comunque dovuto pagare ma per fare comunque le mie rimostranze. Padre e figlio purtroppo non sono persone né cordiali né disponibili né professionali (di sicuro non lo è il figlio che mi è sembrato in uno stato di alterazione e davvero poco presente ) mi hanno risposto con molta arroganza e mi hanno chiesto se sapessi leggere, gli ho risposto per le rime perché ho i titoli di che dimostra questo ma loro hanno i titoli??? E l'educazione???? After some time I got the stamp with a much more conspicuous surcharge, I went to the ACI offices in Pontefelcino knowing that I would still have to pay but to make my complaints anyway. Unfortunately, father and son are neither friendly nor helpful nor professional people (certainly not the son who seemed to me to be in a state of alteration and very little present) they answered me with great arrogance and asked me if I knew how to read, I answered in kind because I have the titles of which proves this but they have the titles ??? And education ????
