Sempre gentili e profesionali, ma siccome in periodo di ferie non è facile mandare avanti una concessionaria, vorrei ringraziare tutti, ma in particolare Andrea che ha interrotto le sue ferie per consegnarmi la macchina. Grazie.
 I picked up my new T-Roc at this dealership yesterday. It is my third car with them, the first new one.
Always kind and professional, but since it is not easy to run a dealership during holidays, I would like to thank everyone, but in particular Andrea who interrupted his holidays to deliver the car to me. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato due sabati consecutivi per cercare di fare un preventivo per una Golf 8, il secondo sabato con appuntamento alle ore 10, in entrambi i casi nessun venditore si è minimamente curato di accogliermi al momento del mio ingresso, dunque posso affermare con certezza che il secondo sabato è stata l’ultima volta che sono entrato in un concessionario Autocentri Giustozzi.
I have been two consecutive Saturdays to try to make a quote for a Golf 8, the second Saturday with an appointment at 10 am, in both cases no salesman has bothered to welcome me at the time of my entry, so I can say with certainty that the second Saturday was the last time I went into an Autocentri Giustozzi dealership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un golf 8 nella sede di foligno seguito dal Andrea che è stato molto cortese gentile del pre consegna e nel post consegna una persona che ci tiene hai propri clienti sicuramente tra qualche anno mi affidero sempre a questa concessionaria e sicuramente ad Andrea anche se la distanza da me e la concessionaria è di 400 km complimenti hai proprietari per avere dei dipendenti cosi
I bought a golf 8 in the Foligno headquarters followed by Andrea who was very courteous and kind of the pre-delivery and in the post-delivery a person who cares about you you have his customers surely in a few years I will always entrust myself to this dealership and certainly to Andrea even if the distance from me and the dealership is 400 km congratulations you have owners for having employees like that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiedo un preventivo per risolvere un problema e lascio la macchina per verifiche. L'officina mi riconsegna l'auto dicendo che non hanno riscontrato anomalie.. e facendomi pagare 50 euro. Il mio meccanico di fiducia ha poi trovato e risolto il problema. E sono stati anche scortesi.
I ask for a quote to solve a problem and leave the machine for checks. The workshop returns the car to me saying that they have not found any anomalies .. and making me pay 50 euros. My trusted mechanic then found and fixed the problem. And they were also rude.
