Da un mesetto a questa parte, negli uffici ACI (ex PRA), per effettuare il passagio di proprietà tra privati è necessario prendere appuntamento (l'attesa è di circa 2-3 settimane). Questo cambio deciso e improvviso di rotta rende praticamente impossibile l'effettuazione dei passaggi tra privati (come faccio a sapere, con anticipo di 2-3 settimane, quando dovrò fare un passaggio?) obblingando di fatto i cittadini a rivolgersi obbligatoriamente alle agenzie di intermediazione/pratiche auto.
E' altresì "sospetto" che questa scelta arrivi nel momento in cui la gestione del PRA passa ad ACI (che gestisce anche innumerevoli agenzie di pratiche auto sul territorio), facendo quindi pensare a un (poco) velato conflitto di interessi.

It is also "suspect" that this choice comes at a time when the management of the PRA passes to ACI (which also manages countless car agencies in the area), thus making one think of a (little) veiled conflict of interests.

Peccato che nei 10 minuti che sono stato dentro c'è stata una persona sola con 3 addetti al banco che hanno perso quasi 10 minuti a spiegarmi tutte le nuove modalità e mi hanno consigliato di andare in comune quando avrei perso lo stesso tempo per fare il trapasso della sua. viva la burocrazia italiana viva la voglia di lavorare viva l'elasticità punto siamo proprio un paese da terzo mondo
