★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato il loro aceto balsamico parpaccio solido da grattare sui piatti dando un tocco raffinato a tante ricette. Ottimo prodotto però secondo me nella confezione doveva esserci una piccola lama o una grattugia da utilizzare per rendere in scaglie sottili il blocco di aceto solido.
Dalla confezione sembrava ci fosse... Peccato! Chi ha pensato al packaging non ha ottimizzato l'uso del prodotto.
I bought their parpaccio solid balsamic vinegar to scrape on plates, giving a refined touch to many recipes. Excellent product, however, in my opinion in the package there had to be a small blade or a grater to be used to make the block of solid vinegar into thin flakes.
From the packaging it looked like there was ... Too bad! Those who thought of packaging did not optimize the use of the product.
