★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una empresa familiar que hace free tour de explicación del proceso del acetato balsámico y una pequeña degustación. Al finalizar la visita puedes comprar productos de la empresa con diferentes precios que van desde los más asequibles a unos un poco más selectos. En mi caso compré uno módico y pequeño de 100ml para que pudiera llevarlo en la maleta de cabina.
Está en pleno centro de la ciudad y muy cerca de la “Ostería Francescana” que es curioso aunque sea ver por fuera. En mi caso particular, me crucé Justo con el chef.
It is a family business that does a free tour to explain the balsamic acetate process and a small tasting. At the end of the visit you can buy products of the company with different prices that go from the most affordable to a little more select. In my case, I bought a small and modest 100ml so that I could carry it in my cabin suitcase.
It is in the heart of the city and very close to the "Ostería Francescana" which is curious even if it is to see from the outside. In my particular case, I ran into Justo with the chef.
