β β β β β Amazing experience! Iβve been waiting to visit the oldest balsamic vinegar maker in the world for 4 years. The visit is free and includes a tasting session of all their products. Booking (on their website) is highly recommended. The vinegars are way cheaper to buy there rather than other shops. Emanuela has been a wonderful guide. The visit is on itself worth the trip to Modena.

β β β β β An informative and very good tour of the 17 generations long balsamic creation journey. The balsamic itself is very good, though in my opinion only, there are better ones.
I believe that this tour was the best you could get about understanding and appreciating the balsamic vinegar creation and history.

β β β β β 10 mins outside of Modena, a brilliant little tour at the oldest Balsamic producer. Our host was amazing and yes, you taste all of the balsamic in my photo. Well worth the visit and you will buy from their gift shop. Stunning. Thank you

β β β β β Wonderful English tour which I 100% enjoyed it! The process of making Basamico, the history, and the nutrition and fun facts were well explained. Of course, there were tasting session at the end, and the staffs there were not force selling.
The whole experience was free (not sure if thatβs a usual case), so I couldnβt be more satisfied.

β β β β β We went for a FREE tour, just 4 of us and a guide. It was an amazing experience and the time we spent there definitely worth the effort.
History of this family and balsamic is full of interesting details, that you won't forget.
At the end we bought a few sets and bottles of delicious balsamic vinegar.
If you are visiting that region this is a must place to visit!
