Ricotte, tosoni, vini, carne e salsicce che sono di vera carne, gluten free. Ho provato tante cose: petto di pollo, romagnole, picana, macinato, fettine, hamburger semplici e conditi, i wurstel, gli spiedini. Il vitello non ce l'hanno sempre ma compensano benissimo con il resto. E poi ovviamente parmigiano e formaggio. Durante la settimana di mattina si trovano abbastanza cose, nel weekend conviene ordinare il giorno prima. Consigliatissimo. Per me, appassionato di barbecue, è un luogo di culto dove poter trovare prodotti di altissima qualità, varietà ed inoltre grande professionalità del personale. Per essere certi di trovare quello che serve conviene prenotare prima, specialmente se l'ordine è sostanzioso. Carne e formaggi buonissimi. Non sono mai rimasto deluso ed invito ad andare a visitarla almeno una volta...poi non potrete più farne a meno.
