Per qualche motivo quella di Gennaio 2021 non è stata pagata ma le successive fino a Maggio si. Senza nessun preavviso mi staccano l'energia elettrica, me ne accorgo alle 18 quando rientro da lavoro. Chiamo il call center e mi spiegano come procedere, alle 9.42 del giorno successivo invio loro la contabile del bonifico. Mi rispondono alle 14.46 che hanno provveduto ad avviare la procedura per la riattivazione della fornitura ma alle 18 sono ancora senza energia elettrica. Richiamo il call center che mi dice che per la riattivazione ci vuole 1 giorno. Di fronte ad un errore evidente, considerato che le bollette successive sono state pagate non si sono preoccupati minimamente di inviarmi un avviso. Ho buttato tutto quello che avevo nel frigo e mi cerco un altro fornitore. Così non si fa. I have been their customer for several years, the bills are paid by bank Rid.
