 I requested a new GAS meter by contacting ENI, after several months of waiting, postponements, calls and trivial apologies received, I decided to contact Riccardo from Bluenergy. The next week I had the meter active and even got a discount on the supply!

Ho contattato svariati fornitori e nessuno è riuscito a risolvermi il problema facendomi solo perdere tempo. Dopo mesi di insuccessi, mi sono rivolta a Riccardo dell'ufficio di Orbassano che in pochi giorni mi ha sistemato tutto.
5 stelle meritatissime!
After buying a property in Orbassano, I discovered that the utilities were blocked. I contacted several suppliers and no one was able to solve the problem only making me waste time. After months of failures, I turned to Riccardo from the Orbassano office who fixed everything for me in a few days.
5 stars well deserved!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un paio di mesi fa mi sono rivolto all'ufficio blu energy di Orbassano per la sostituzione della caldaia. Sono stato accolto da Riccardo che in tempi brevi e in maniera professionale mi ha fatto fare sopralluogo e preventivo. Successivamente ho accettato il preventivo e ne è seguita l'installazione. Ho potuto riscontrare oltre al rispetto dei tempi concordati molta professionalità anche nei tecnici intervenuti. Tutt'ora mi ritengo molto soddisfatto e ovviamente lo consiglio anche solo per una valutazione. Vale 5 stelle.
A couple of months ago I contacted the blu energy office in Orbassano for the replacement of the boiler. I was welcomed by Riccardo who quickly and professionally made me do an inspection and estimate. I then accepted the quote and installation followed. In addition to respecting the agreed times, I was able to find a lot of professionalism also in the technicians involved. I still feel very satisfied and obviously I recommend it even just for an evaluation. Worth 5 stars.
