Ieri mattina, avevo chiesto se occorreva la prenotazione per acquistare più di venticinque costine e altri chili di carne per la ricorrenza di Pasqua. Mi hanno risposto che avrei potuto presentarmi la mattina stessa senza prenotare nulla, poiché ci sarebbe stata la quantità di merce richiesta. Sabato mattina alle ore 8.30 invece, mi è stato detto che non c'erano più costine. Nulla di così grave, ma la correttezza è venuta meno: il giorno prima avrei potuto chiedere altrove senza correre agli acquisti dell'ultimo minuto. Sono veramente sconcertata: mi chiedo anche con quale coraggio, la gente pensa di dimostrare professionalità, se non riesce a servire la clientela occasionale in modo onesto e trasparente. Sono certa che la carne sia di ottima qualità, ma delusa rispetto al servizio inadeguato. Farò memoria di questa esperienza e passerò parola dell'accaduto. Apparent and lack of professionalism ... Yesterday morning, I had asked if reservations were needed to purchase more than twenty-five spare ribs and other kilos of meat for the Easter anniversary. They replied that I could introduce myself the same morning without booking anything, since there would be the quantity of goods requested. Saturday morning at 8.30 instead, I was told that there were no more ribs. Nothing so serious, but the correctness has failed: the day before I could have asked elsewhere without rushing to the last minute purchases. I am truly baffled: I also ask myself with what courage, people think of showing professionalism, if they cannot serve the occasional clientele honestly and transparently. I'm sure the meat is of excellent quality, but disappointed with the inadequate service. I will remember this experience and pass on what happened.

Senza questa pecca avrei dato 5 stelle. Comunque altamente consigliata. Excellent quality of the meat offered. Professional in sales and advice. Everyone is very nice except for the lady at the cashier. Without this flaw I would have given 5 stars. Still highly recommended.

Personale gentile e professionale, alla cassa la signora denota poca propensione alla gentilezza e simpatia, direi primitiva e rozza. Aggiunge 5 centesimi per la sportina a fronte di spese che raggiungono anche la soglia di 100 euro, tale comportamento ha poco senso inoltre si capisce che è insofferente nei confronti delle persone ed è sempre ingrugnita. Trovo che sia una pecca non di poco conto in una attività di grande successo. good meat, adequate prices.
