★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho richiesto un preventivo per la sostituire di un tendaggio e dopo due mesi non ho ancora ricevuto nessun preventivo. Ho contattato più volte il titolare ma non mi è stata data risposta.. Posso capire il periodo di intenso lavoro ma almeno un riscontro sarebbe stato opportuno e professionale.
I have requested a quote for the replacement of a curtain and after two months I have not yet received a quote. I have contacted the owner several times but I have not been given an answer .. I can understand the period of intense work but at least a reply would have been appropriate and professional.
