★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono venuti l’altro giorno per fare il controllo annuale alla caldaia e con l’occasione hanno rilevato anche delle piccole anomalie che hanno prontamente sistemato. Sono stati puntuali e attenti nel servizio, mi son trovato bene.
They came the other day to do the annual check of the boiler and with the occasion they also found some small anomalies that they promptly fixed. They were punctual and attentive in the service, I was fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente mi sono sempre trovato bene, sia per la manutenzione della vecchia caldaia che con l'installazione e manutenzione della nuova. Ho installato a casa di mia madre il climatizzatore e devo dire che anche in questo caso hanno fatto un ottimo lavoro. Sempre disponibili.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognoso. Pessimo servizio. Il tecnico uscito ha proferito 2 parole in croce.caldaia aperta e chiusa, per dire che c'erano troppi pezzi da sostituire oppure cambiare caldaia. 10 minuti in tutto €94 !!!
Il preventivo per la sostituzione non è mai arrivato.
Sono al freddo da 10 gg.
Mi hanno spellato e zero cura del cliente.
È giusto che mi perdano. Mai più!
Servizio di cui vergognarsi
Shameful. Bad service. The exited technician uttered 2 words in the cross. Open and closed boiler, to say that there were too many pieces to replace or change the boiler. 10 minutes in total € 94 !!!
The replacement quote never arrived.
I've been in the cold for 10 days.
They skinned me and zero customer care.
It's right that they lose me. Never again!
