★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NESSUNA PREVISIONE SULLE TEMPISTICHE. Mi sono rivolto a questo ufficio per avere la copia telematica di una DIA protocollata alcuni anni fa. La signora che mi ha risposto al telefono e' stata molto gentile ed esauriente nel darmi tutte le spiegazioni del caso; non posso dire altrettanto di un suo collega. In particolare trovo assurdo che non siano in grado di fornire la benche' minima stima sulle tempistiche di evasione delle richieste, che "possono variare da un giorno ad un mese" (massimo stabilito per legge). Dal momento che e' tutto informatizzato, e conoscono il numero delle pratiche da evadere in coda, i dati storici e la forza lavoro disponibile, POSSIBILE CHE NON SIANO IN GRADO DI FORNIRE DELLE STIME DI MASSIMA NON VINCOLANTI, considerando ferie, ermessi, malattie ed eventuali urgenze ? Del tipo "con l'80% di probabilita' dovremmo poterle dare la pratica in 15gg", o una risposta simile. Quando ho sollevato queste obiezioni per telefono, sono stato invitato molto sgarbatamente ad andare a dirigere qusto ufficio dal momento che sapevo come farlo funzionare meglio. Pessimo servizio e pessima relazione con il cittadino.
 NO FORECAST ON TIMING. I contacted this office to have the electronic copy of a DIA registered a few years ago. The lady who answered the phone was very kind and thorough in giving me all the necessary explanations; I can't say the same about a colleague of yours. In particular, I find it absurd that they are not able to provide the slightest estimate on the timing of processing requests, which "can vary from one day to a month" (maximum established by law). Since everything is computerized, and they know the number of files to be processed in the queue, the historical data and the available workforce, IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE NON-BINDING MAXIMUM ESTIMATES, considering holidays, permits, illnesses and any emergencies? Like "with 80% probability we should be able to give you the file in 15 days", or a similar answer. When I raised these objections over the telephone, I was very rudely invited to go run this office since I knew how to make it work better. Bad service and bad relationship with the citizen.
