★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Del glorioso monastero a tre piani resta ben poco. Attualmente resta in piedi il solo campanile quadrato semidiroccato. L'Abbazia risalirebbe tra il 1145 e il 1200. Vengono narrate diverse storie e leggende tra cui la più verosimile sembrerebbe quella dei cacciatori di Chiaromonte i cui cani trovarono una Cerva, che rimase illesa alle saette che le furono tirate contro. Nel ritornare, dopo aver raccontato l'accaduto in paese, trovarono una figura della Vergine Maria in un tronco di castagno.
 Little remains of the glorious three-story monastery. Currently only the half-ruined square bell tower remains standing. The Abbey dates back to between 1145 and 1200. Several stories and legends are told, among which the most likely seems to be that of the hunters of Chiaromonte whose dogs found a deer, which was unharmed by the thunderbolts that were thrown at it. On returning, after having told what had happened in the village, they found a figure of the Virgin Mary in a chestnut trunk.
