This charging station is free. The operator is the Brenner motorway on the Italian side. In the nearby Cafe Lanz the coffee tastes excellent.

It really works better. Refuel for free although fuel prices are skyrocketing. Hopefully word won't get around so quickly :-) Many thanks to the noble donors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ auch CHAdeMO (max. 50 kW) gibt es kostenlos, topp! Nur die Anfahrt ist haarsträubend: man findet den Platz aber gut, wenn man bei Google den Tesla-Charger als Ziel angibt und nicht zu schnell macht (sonst ist man ggf. überraschend an der entscheidenden Ausfahrt vorbei)!
CHAdeMO (max. 50 kW) is also available free of charge, great! Only the approach is hair-raising: you find the place good if you enter the Tesla charger as the destination on Google and don't go too fast (otherwise you might be surprisingly past the decisive exit)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The charging is free and good coffee&toilet are nearby. When driving to Italy, this location is easy to reach, only Google maps thinks you cannot drive the same route back, but it is possible! So also interesting driving towards Italy!
