★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia casa è in completo disastro, costruita solo nel 2014 è inabitabile fredda, non si è mai presentato nessun per risolvere i problemi anche dopo diverse chiamate...sconsiglio Brennerhaus e le case di Elk fertighaus incompetenza pressappochismo servizio clienti inesistenti non all’altezza del sogno di avere una casa di legno per la vita..ho pagato fino all’ultimo centesimo..
My house is in complete disaster, built only in 2014, it is uninhabitable cold, no one ever showed up to solve the problems even after several calls ... I do not recommend Brennerhaus and the houses of Elk fertighaus incompetence carelessness non-existent customer service not up to par of the dream of having a wooden house for life .. I paid every penny ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza con una casa Elk e quella della mia mia famiglia è stata negativa e un disastro e non la consiglio a nessuno...mi sono rivolto a questa azienda Brennerhaus Kinzner Thomas e Daniel padre e figlio fornitrice della azienda Elk austriaca , il risultato è una casa fredda e inabitabile, la casa è in collina in provincia di Rimini non si tratta quindi di una zona sita in condizioni climatiche particolari ed estreme, anzi tutt'altro.
I titolari Kinzner Thomas Daniel non si sono mai presentati di persona ne durante la costruzione nemmeno dopo a progetto terminato.
Completamente abbandonati dopo tutti quello che abbiamo speso investito e pagato.

Kinzner owners Thomas Daniel never showed up in person or during construction, even after the project was finished.
Completely abandoned after all what we have spent, invested and paid.
