A very nice clean place and very careful and accurate doctors to give proper care and above all to explain to the patient all about his illness in our case doctor and cardiologist.

Ho fatto test covid necessario per volare e mi hanno fornito anche copia in inglese (richiesta all'ultimo minuto) che ho avuto la necessità di mostrare al momento dell'imbargo. Grazie ancora per il supporto. Very kind, punctual and attentive to service. Compliments. I found myself very well. Tra l'altro vorrei consigliare al medico in questione che se nn ha voglia di fare il proprio mestiere, ci sono molte persone preparate e ben disposte, che prenderebbero il suo posto molto volentieri, perché presentarsi in Bermuda, senza un camice in CIABATTE e con la mascherina a penzoloni per eseguire un test su una persona potenzialmente positiva....è VERGOGNOSO! poco professionale e pericoloso!!! Ritardi, confusione, pc bloccati,l'atteggiamento arrogante del medico, che oltre ad essere in ritardo aveva anche fretta(!) , hanno messo in seria difficoltà la segretaria che in ogni caso è riuscita a mantenere una certa gentilezza e professionalità. Alla fine sono riuscito alle 11:00 ad ottenere un risultato seppur con parte della documentazione mancante. Covid, pandemia, quarantene, lock down....abbiamo capitò qualcosa? No, direi proprio di no. La risposta via mail è arrivata rapidamente ma non era visibile sui link indicati. Ho dovuto richiamarli quattro volte per l'esito che poi mi è arrivato dopo un'ora. Comunque comodo. In the center of Abano Terme, well organized but very crowded Benefit from a quick swab (€ 15) but an appointment is required.
