★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bello per divertirsi in compagnia. Campi sia all'aperto che al chiuso. Possibilità di prenotare un campo direttamente da un app. Vicinanza piscine di desio. Andrebbe ristrutturato un po' ,avrebbe più successo.
Nice to have fun with friends. Fields both outdoors and indoors. Possibility to book a course directly from an app. Proximity to the swimming pools of desio. It would need to be refurbished a little, it would be more successful.

Disorganizzazione unica nel gestire delle semplici prenotazioni (prenotazioni eh..non operazioni sulla borsa di wall street). 4 persone in reception a giocare a briscola e tutto il resto lasciato al degrado. Pulizia inesistente. Campi da tennis trascurati, e soprattutto pieni di fogliame, piccoli arbusti e altro. Magari la gestione sarebbe da rimpiazzare in toto. Ah si dimenticavo se per caso, foste in disaccordo con il gestore principale evitate il confronto che altrimenti ci scappa la rissa.
Embarrassing. Unique disorganization in managing simple reservations (reservations eh .. not operations on the wall street stock exchange). 4 people in reception playing trump and everything else left to decay. Non-existent cleaning. Neglected tennis courts, and mostly filled with foliage, small shrubs and more. Maybe the management would have to be replaced in its entirety. Oh I forgot if by chance, you were in disagreement with the main manager, avoid the confrontation that otherwise escapes the fight.

Non c'è una buona sintonia tra prenotazione online e gestione delle prenotazioni/varianti telefoniche.
Campi mediocri.
Se trovate altro libero in zona consiglio vivamente di evitarlo.

There is no good harmony between online booking and management of reservations / telephone variants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo prenotato il campo da tennis tramite applicazione, 30 ore prima della partita chiamiamo per disdire la partita ( causa raffreddore) ci fanno sapere con tono intimidatorio che dobbiamo pagare lo stesso 14 €.
Mai vista una cosa del genere, abbiamo pagato ma hanno perso un cliente.
We booked the tennis court through the application, 30 hours before the game we call to cancel the game (due to cold) they let us know with an intimidating tone that we have to pay the same 14 €.
Never seen such a thing, we paid but they lost a customer.

Parto dal presupposto che io e il mio socio non avevamo mai giocato presso questo centro (sconsiglio vivamente) si fa prima a mettersi in contatto con Papa Francesco che con loro, li abbiamo chiamati 26 volte in 3 giorni non 2 ma ben 26 volte per disdire la prenotazione perché io purtroppo non stavo bene. Ora i signori ci hanno mandato una segnalazione perché non ci siamo presentati, a me viene solo che da ridere. Perché se siete aperti (come segnalato da google) e fornite un numero di telefono per permettere alla gente di mettersi in contatto con voi a casa mia e buona educazione rispondere… perciò ne io ne il mio socio pagheremo il campo (son sicuro che dopo questa recensione, ci chiamerete)

Bad experience! I start from the assumption that my partner and I had never played at this center (I strongly advise against it) you first get in touch with Pope Francis who with them, we called them 26 times in 3 days not 2 but 26 times to cancel. the reservation because unfortunately I was not well. Now the gentlemen have sent us a report because we have not introduced ourselves, I only have to laugh. Because if you are open (as reported by google) and you provide a phone number to allow people to get in touch with you at my house and good manners to answer ... so neither I nor my partner will pay for the field (I'm sure that after this review, you will call us)

Un campo esterno sempre in cemento ma non velocissimo, da poco rifatto in colore blu, le righe si vedono perfettamente. Un campo in terra rossa sempre allo scoperto ma non perfetto.
Qualità prezzo comunque eccellente se non fosse che c'è sempre qualche luce che non va, e nel campo blu ci sono gli alberi che coprono le luci del campo limitando di molto la visibilità, è da molto tempo che non lo sistemano.
2 super fast indoor courts, in excellent condition.
An external field always in concrete but not very fast, recently redone in blue color, the lines are perfectly visible. A clay court always open but not perfect.
However, excellent price quality except that there is always some light that is wrong, and in the blue field there are trees that cover the lights of the field greatly limiting the visibility, it is a long time since they have not fixed it.
