Ogni aspetto dell'apnea moderna è stato elaborato e proposto agli allievi ottenendo degli ottimi risultati. Approfondimenti sulla sicurezza, sulla fisiologia, sulle tecniche di rilassamento, sulle tipologie di allenamento e sulla tecnica di pinneggiata. Paolo è davvero un eccellente istruttore. Dal punto di vista umano è ancora meglio, trasmette tranquillità solo a sentirlo parlare e dispone di pazienza e disponibilità fuori dal comune. I did the second level freediving course with Paolo Piovanelli, called the "octopus". Well structured course, nothing left to chance.
