★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da tempo volevo provare questo ristorante che è un classico a Prato. Innanzitutto non spiccano per gentilezza. Antipasto spettacolare, pata negra, speck d'anatra, affettati di qualità e una bella varietà che abbiamo degustato con un vino rosso biologico. Il bis di primi mi ha deluso, risotto alle cipolle crudo e tagliatelle insipide che sapevano di farina con carne macinata sopra. Come dolce il bongo, non male anche se la bignè era un po' secca. Servizio lento.
 I have long wanted to try this restaurant which is a classic in Prato. First of all, they don't stand out for kindness. Spectacular appetizer, pata negra, duck speck, quality cold cuts and a nice variety that we tasted with an organic red wine. The encore of first courses disappointed me, risotto with raw onions and tasteless noodles that tasted of flour with minced meat on top. As sweet the bongo, not bad even if the cream puff was a bit dry. Slow service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy little restaurant with typical foods from Toscana. They also serve select dishes that are not present on the menu itself. Great selection of wines. They served us an amazing carpaccio with truffles and home made mayonnaise. Simply amazing. Main course was slightly less exciting, but still nice. Service was great. Overall a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a great experience! Lovely staff, amazing food and wines too and even more to discover!I suggest to all of you to pay a visit to this restaurant if you are in town. Few minutes away by foot from the city main church, near the secondary train station named "porta al serraglio", easily reachable from florence with a train ride.
So what else? Go there!
Bonus: ask for homemade Limoncello!
