Sono un cliente pagante associato Fials di cui enasco è partner Ho richiesto una semplice consulenza per la riscossione di un riscatto pensionistico in capitale. In ufficio 2 impiegati mi hanno mandato via senza neanche dare un'occhiata alla pratica liquidandomi con una risposta tipo "No se pol, no se occupemo de robe private, la dovessi ciamar el numero verde e risolver con lori" A nulla sono valse le mie obiezioni Ora ho solo 3 osservazioni da fare: 1) quella "roba privata" è Fondinps, fondo pensione pubblico con oltre 420mila iscritti 2) mi auguro che 420mila lavoratori italiani non abbiano bisogno di una consulenza enasco 3) Il patronato Caf Uil di via Polonio ha risolto l'arcano in 48 ore, dimostrando invece, serietà e competenza IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH .. I am a paying customer associated with Fials of which enasco is a partner I requested a simple consultation for the collection of a lump-sum pension payment. In the office, 2 employees sent me away without even glancing at the file, dismissing me with an answer like "No if pol, no if we take care of private stuff, I had to call the toll-free number and solve it with them" My objections were of no avail Now I have only 3 observations to make: 1) that "private stuff" is Fondinps, a public pension fund with over 420,000 members 2) I hope that 420,000 Italian workers do not need enasco advice 3) The Caf Uil patronage of via Polonio solved the mystery in 48 hours, demonstrating instead seriousness and competence

M	Max81093 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STATE ALLA LARGHA !!!!! Nel 2019 vista una conveniente convenzione con il sindacato cui era iscritta mia moglie ho avuto la sfortuna di fare il 730 da 50&più. Tempi di attesa lunghissimi per avere il 730, quasi impossibile contattarli e nel caso segretaria maleducata,non ho mai più fatto nulla con loro e sono ritornato al mio solito caf UIL, pensavo di non averci a che fare mai più. INVECE NO! A fine luglio di quest'anno (2021) mi arriva una Raccomandata dall'Agenzia delle Entrate dove mi danno tempo 30 giorni per pagare una sanzione di 190 euro a causa errori commessi nella compilazione del 730 da parte di questi disgraziati di 50&più. Dopo aver mandato una mail con la scansione della raccomandata, centinaia di telefonate, numero naturalmente sempre occupato, riesco a parlare con un tizio che mi assicura avrebbe subito preso in mano la pratica. MAI PIÙ SENTITO, ora chi pagherà la sanzione.. Tengo a precisare che nel mio 730 avevo solo un Cud e un contratto d'affitto niente altro. STAY AT LARGHA !!!!! In 2019, given a convenient agreement with the union in which my wife was a member, I had the misfortune of making the 730 for 50 & more. Very long waiting times to get the 730, almost impossible to contact them and in the case of a rude secretary, I never did anything with them and went back to my usual UIL café, I thought I would never have to deal with it again. INSTEAD NO! At the end of July this year (2021) I received a registered letter from the Revenue Agency where they give me 30 days to pay a fine of 190 euros due to errors made in filling in the 730 by these unfortunates of 50 & more. After sending an e-mail with the scan of the registered letter, hundreds of phone calls, the number of course always busy, I manage to talk to a guy who assures me he would immediately take over the file. NEVER HEARD, now who will pay the penalty .. I want to clarify that in my 730 I only had a Cud and a lease, nothing else.

Staff trained and available even at times ... not very suitable ... I am always surprised by the great humanity that distinguishes all the staff in dealing with such delicate issues ... congratulations again ... and thanks!
