Personale molto gentile...ma gli orari sono assurdi!!!
Monday and Friday closed, Wednesday and Thursday half day, only Tuesday all day, as a person does if he works to be able to call !!! Do not believe it is an indecent thing !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' la seconda volta che vado al CAF ACLI Desenzano del Garda, per me è stata in entrambi i casi una esperienza negativa, il personale "non troppo accogliente" e spiegazioni criptiche, danno per scontato che chi chiede a loro consulenza sia una esperto in materia per cui spiegano il meno possibile e non con la gentilezza che ci speterebbe da questi luoghi.
This is the second time I go to CAF ACLI Desenzano del Garda, for me it was in both cases a negative experience, the "not too welcoming" staff and cryptic explanations, they assume that those who ask them for advice are an expert in matter for which they explain as little as possible and not with the kindness that we would expect from these places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte il tempo di attesa, siamo incappati in un ragazzo con molta più presunzione che competenza e scarsissima empatia e disponibilitá. Quando si ha che fare con il pubblico la cortesia e gentilezza sono la prima qualità, perché la competenza vera si acquisisce con l’esperienza e non solo sui libri, ma l’educazione é nell’animo.
Aside from the waiting time, we ran into a guy with much more presumption than competence and very little empathy and availability. When dealing with the public, courtesy and kindness are the first quality, because true competence is acquired with experience and not only in books, but education is in the soul.
