★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata per scegliere il regalo di una lista, pur avendo le idee subito chiare su cosa scegliere la commessa mi ha lasciato superare da almeno 6 persone in fila, in più non metteva neanche i nomi di chi ha fatto il regalo. Poi immaginavo che per una nascita, come viene fatto per le liste viaggio nozze, ci fosse un album dove le persone possano scrivere gli auguri, invece niente, la futura mamma non sa quasi chi ha fatto e cosa. La commessa non era tanto gentile.
I went to choose the gift from a list, despite having immediately clear ideas on what to choose, the order let me pass by at least 6 people in a row, plus she didn't even put the names of those who gave the gift. Then I imagined that for a birth, as is done for honeymoon lists, there was an album where people can write their wishes, but nothing, the future mother does not know almost who did and what. The saleswoman was not so kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le commesse sono state molto gentili e disponibili ma sconsiglio fortemente questo negozio in base alla mia spiacevole esperienza: ho acquistato un passeggino il 19/04, mi è stato detto che lo devono ordinare e che arriva tra circa 2 settimane, dopo quasi 2 mesi di attesa mi sono fatta restituire i soldi per comprarlo altrove
The orders were very kind and helpful but I strongly advise against this shop based on my unpleasant experience: I bought a stroller on 04/19, I was told that they have to order it and that it arrives in about 2 weeks, after almost 2 months of wait I got my money back to buy it elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finalmente,dopo anni in cui sembra le commesse fossero lì a fare un favore alle clienti, oggi il personale è preparato e gentilissimo. Orari finalmente adeguati alle esigenze della clientela, con negozio aperto non stop e senza quella ridicola chiusura del lunedì! Non dò cinque stelle esclusivamente perché rimane l'impossibilità di salire al piano superiore con il passeggino e gli spazi interni andrebbero decisamente rivisti. Visto il tipo di negozio sarebbe fondamentale un bagno agibile a future mamme e bimbi.
Finally, after years in which it seems the orders were there to do the customers a favor, today the staff is prepared and very kind. Hours finally adapted to the needs of customers, with the shop open non-stop and without that ridiculous Monday closing! I do not give five stars solely because it remains impossible to go upstairs with the stroller and the interior spaces should definitely be revised. Given the type of shop, a bathroom accessible to future mothers and children would be essential.

Non c'è l'ascensore quindi non si può salire con il passeggino, spazi davvero ristretti. Peccato perché hanno davvero tante cose carine e varie. Acquisterò di nuovo, ma solo online!
Really nasty shop assistants, it seems you spite them when you enter! Maybe they don't realize they should be happy to have a job! Only one saleswoman is saved there ...
There is no elevator so you cannot go up with the stroller, very tight spaces. Too bad because they have so many nice and varied things. I will buy again, but only online!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cercavo informazioni riguardo ai passeggini, quindi nella lista che avevo compilato insieme alla mia comagna sui negozi di articoli per bambini a Trieste (pochi, a dire il vero...) c'era anche questo Prenatal. Viste le recensioni poco positive l'ho lasciato per ultimo, eppure è il negozio dove ho trovato tanta disponibilità, gentilezza e soprattutto conoscenza profonda del materiale in vendita. Certo, il negozio è piccolo, su due piani senza ascensore, però ho trovato quello che cercavo, che poi è il fine ultimo quando ti rechi in un negozio in cerca di informazioni per un acquisto mirato. Ho trovato commesse preparate (si sono alternate perchè una aveva finito il turno e doveva andare a pranzo, ma nonostante ciò si è trattenuta qualche minuto in più per finire di spiegarmi alcune differenze dei passeggini per i quali avevo chiesto informazioni più precise, l'Inglesina e il PegPerego) che hanno saputo elencarmi le varie differenze tra i passeggini esposti senza spingermi all'acquisto di una marca in particolare ma, all'ooposto, cercando di capire se il modello al quale puntavo fosse quello giusto per me.
Mi riservo di aggiornare questa recensione a metà aprile, quando mi recherò nuovamente in negozio per l'acquisto del passeggino e per la Lista Nascita.
I was looking for information about strollers, so in the list that I had compiled together with my partner on children's shops in Trieste (few, to be honest ...) there was also this Prenatal. Given the not very positive reviews, I left it for last, yet it is the shop where I found so much availability, kindness and above all in-depth knowledge of the material on sale. Of course, the shop is small, on two floors without a lift, but I found what I was looking for, which is the ultimate goal when you go to a shop looking for information for a targeted purchase. I found prepared orders (they took turns because one had finished the shift and had to go to lunch, but despite this she stayed a few more minutes to finish explaining some differences of the strollers for which I had asked for more precise information, Inglesina and the PegPerego) who were able to list the various differences between the strollers on display without pushing me to buy a particular brand but, on the contrary, trying to understand if the model I was aiming for was the right one for me.
I reserve the right to update this review in mid-April, when I will go to the store again to purchase the stroller and for the Birth List.

Very very nice staff! They spent a lot of time helping me choose different items, I recommend it! Unfortunately, in Trieste, kind salesmen are not easily found! for this thanks to all the Prenatal staff.
