Taken to repair a tent 3 months ago returned a week ago unable to repair it. Lost a piece then found. Absolutely not to return !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessima professionalità. a fine luglio 2017 ho ordinato le tende andando di persona e lasciando i dati. a metà settembre telefono per avere novità sulla fornitura e mi dicono che hanno perso i dati e non hanno ordinato alcunchè. alle mie dimostranze sono stata aggredita verbalmente quasi fosse colpa mia. assolutamente da evitare!
bad professionalism. at the end of July 2017 I ordered the curtains by going in person and leaving the data. in mid-September I call to get news on the supply and they tell me that they have lost their data and have not ordered anything. I was verbally assaulted on my demonstrations as if it were my fault. absolutely to avoid!

Quando sono venuti a montare la tenda nella mia terrazza hanno rischiato grosso e gli è scivolata la tenda nel cortile (per fortuna in quel momento non c'erano macchine parcheggiate) perché hanno usato una scala pericolante. Dopo qualche anno la tenda si è staccata dal soffitto. Alla mia lamentela hanno risposto che la tenda era un modello vecchio e che era mia responsabilità. Io li sconsiglio.
My experience is negative. When they came to assemble the tent on my terrace they risked big and the tent slipped in the courtyard (luckily at that moment there were no parked cars) because they used a dangerous staircase. After a few years the curtain came off the ceiling. To my complaint they replied that the tent was an old model and that it was my responsibility. I do not recommend them.
