★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente pessimi. Fisso con largo anticipo un appuntamento per vedere un appartamento da affittare fuori sede, a più di 100 km da casa mia, il lunedì per il venerdì. Mi chiamano alle 19.30 di giovedì per comunicarmi che hanno già affittato la casa. Ho espresso un pacato disappunto e di contro la signorina al telefono ha cominciato a urlarmi sgarbatamente contro per far valere le sue ragioni, attaccandomi peraltro il telefono in faccia. Agenzia sconsigliatissima, maleducati, non mi rivolgerò più a loro nemmeno se avessero in carico l’ultimo immobile sulla piazza di Terni.
 Really bad. I make an appointment well in advance to see an apartment to rent off site, more than 100 km from my house, on Monday for Friday. They call me at 19.30 on Thursday to inform me that they have already rented the house. I expressed a calm disappointment and on the other hand the young lady on the phone began to scream rudely against me to assert her reasons, however, attacking the phone in the face. Agency highly discouraged, rude, I will not turn to them even if they had the last property in the square of Terni in charge.
