★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho visitato di recente un immobile con un'agente. L'annuncio parlava di una casa completamente ristrutturata che non necessitava di nessun intervento, l'agente, di cui non faccio il nome per la privacy, mi aveva inoltre assicurato che il terreno di pertinenza era di 3000/3500 mq.
Al mio arrivo ho trovato una casa con molti lavori da fare, ed un terreno di meno di 1000 mq sovrastato da edifici pericolanti con coperture in eternit. Inoltre l'agente, messo di fronte alle evidenti discrepanze rispetto all'annuncio pubblicato, ha reagito con strafottenza e poca educazione. Ovviamente non prenderò minimamente in considerazione l'immobile e ed eviterò accuratamente questa agenzia in futuro.

Upon my arrival I found a house with a lot of work to do, and a land of less than 1000 square meters surmounted by dangerous buildings with eternit roofs.
