β β β β β We were hungry and tired and the line at Antica was 12 parties deep. This place was the perfect alternative, since we were curious about Neapolitan fried pizza. The four pizzas arrived within minutes after ordering and was hot and delicious.

β β β β β A really great choice if you don't want to wait in the massive lines for over-rated Da Michele pizza. Pizza fritta is an actually unique dish that I had never tried elsewhere! Also their napolitan cuoppo was more generously-filled than anywhere else I ordered one from.

β β β β β A joke of a place! We stopped briefly for a couple of drinks (a beer and a coke) before we had to be somewhere else. When we got the bill, we realised we'd been charged a Β£3 cover charge! For two drinks! Absolutely shocking. However, we were in that much of a rush by the end, we didn't have time to argue the case.
The waitress seemed like she couldn't care less to be there, the beer initially arrived well below the measure you'd expect and the service generally was terrible. Added to that, I had to open a cupboard near to the bathroom to find toilet paper. Dishonest, opportunistic and given it was empty compared to all the busy pizza restaurants nearby, we now know why.

β β β β β Not my type of food, but itβs a great place to try deep fried pizza. Service was also friendly, they let us sit 15 minutes inside even though the place wasnβt opened yet.

β β β β β First time trying fried pizza and it's pretty good. Not my type of food, but it's tasty and at a good price for a quick meal.

β β β β β Don't come, everything is terrible. The price is unreasonably high and they keep me waiting for pizza for more than 40 minutes, the waitress even got the attitude. Rubbish.

β β β β β Good food, though it was very heavy. The Neapolitans (and/or the tourists?) seem to adore fried food. I think this is a good place to sample it.

β β β β β Personally preferred the open type of pizza fritta, which came with mortadella and too much ricotta but dough was good. The closed one steamed the ingredients inside and became a bit wet. Wasn't too busy and owner was friendly!
