D	D.O. Dott. Michele Cestrone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location davvero divina. Tutto sistemato in modo impeccabile con abbinamenti di colori azzeccati. Tavoli ampi. Adatto per cene particolari per chi ama l'intimità e gli ambienti ricercati ma anche per cene in coppia o con amici. I piatti, anch'essi ricercati e presentati scenograficamente, hanno la pretesa di attirare i palati fini. La qualità dei prodotti si capisce anche se possono essere migliorati. I prezzi non sono modici. Personale probabilmente più cordiale con i clienti abituali. Really divine location. All arranged impeccably with combinations of well-chosen colors. Wide tables. Suitable for special dinners for those who love intimacy and refined environments but also for dinners with a partner or a couple. The dishes, also sought after and scenically presented, claim to attract fine palates. The quality of the products can be understood even if they can be improved. The prices are not reasonable. Staff probably more friendly with regulars.

Poi ci hanno fatto sedere, e la cameriera ci ha portato subito il menù. Peccato che dopo altri 15 minuti, ancora non aveva preso l'ordine. A quel punto, ce ne siamo andati. Dispiace perché il locale sembra bello. Three of us arrived for dinner, and the staff made us wait 15 minutes, almost pissed off. Then we were seated, and the waitress immediately brought us the menu. Too bad that after another 15 minutes, he still hadn't taken the order. At that point, we left. Camere arredate in modo simpatico e pulitissime. La gentilezza è un punto forte di questo beb. Colazione al bar della struttura con la signora che ti coccola con simpatia e disponibilità. Ottimo confronto qualità prezzo.. Che dire... Grazie a tutti voi.. Excellent location very close to the beach and right on Viale Carducci 5 minutes from the canal port. Nicely decorated and spotlessly clean rooms. Kindness is a strong point of this baby. Breakfast at the hotel bar with the lady who pampers you with sympathy and availability. Excellent quality / price comparison .. What can I say ... Thanks to all of you ..
S	Sabrina Mansur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale incompetente e poco professionale, avevo fatto una prenotazione con il signor Max per sabato 9 luglio per alcuni ospiti. La stessa mattina della prenotazione, dopo aver inviato copie dei documenti delle persone che dovevano alloggiare mi sono recata presso la struttura per pagare, il padre del proprietario mi dice che potevo pagare all'arrivo degli ospiti. Il sabato mattina alle ore 9 mi sono nuovamente recata presso la struttura e finalmente ho trovato Max che mi riferisce di non aver registrato la mia prenotazione e che la stanza non era disponibile. Mi ha fatto attendere oltre 30 minuti sulla porta dell'hotel facendo finta di voler trovare una soluzione. I miei ospiti erano in arrivo ed io ho provveduto da sola a trovare un altro hotel ad un prezzo molto più alto rispetto a quello preventivato. Il signor Max non ha ritenuto opportuno né di scusarsi né di coprire parte della spesa. Ritengo questo episodio gravissimo e mi dispiace che la proprietà continui a tenere persone così incompetenti, inadeguate e maleducate. Incompetent and unprofessional staff, I had made a reservation with Mr. Max for Saturday 9th July for some guests. The same morning of the reservation, after sending copies of the documents of the people who had to stay, I went to the property to pay, the owner's father tells me that I could pay on arrival of the guests. On Saturday morning at 9 am I went again to the structure and finally I found Max who tells me that he had not registered my reservation and that the room was not available. He made me wait over 30 minutes at the hotel door pretending he wanted to find a solution. My guests were arriving and I managed to find another hotel on my own at a much higher price than the one quoted. Mr. Max did not consider it appropriate either to apologize or to cover part of the expense. I consider this episode very serious and I regret that the property continues to hold such incompetent, inadequate and rude people.

Condizionatore rumoroso che ha disturbato il sonno. Nessuna TV nelle camere, una loro scelta. Il letto, passi il materasso, ma la rete che cigola ad ogni respiro è insopportabile. Positiva la posizione e l accoglienza. There are too many crooked details. From the club loud music and choirs until 01, I had been notified by email. Noisy air conditioner which disturbed sleep. No TVs in the rooms, their choice. The bed, pass the mattress, but the net that creaks with every breath is unbearable. Positive the position and the welcome.

Situato a 200mt dal mare e 500mt dal centro, camere graziosissime dotate di ogni condort senza inutili fronzoli. Ristorante Torrice Bistrot**(eccellente situato in terrazza) nello complesso e bar/champagneria Oro Bianco ottimo per colazioni e aperitivi. We were guests this weekend at the property. Located 200m from the sea and 500m from the center, very nice rooms equipped with every condort without unnecessary frills. Torrice Bistrot ** restaurant (excellent located on the terrace) in the complex and Oro Bianco bar / champagneria excellent for breakfasts and aperitifs.

Anche se il bagno non è massimo come avete già letto su le altre recensioni, vi assicuro che vale la pena essere loro cliente e che tutto va dimenticato se vi fermate per un breve periodo. Un posto perfetto per chi ha bisogno di staccare la spina ed é alla ricerca di un po' di divertimento a due passi dal mare. I padroni di casa sono di una accoglienza unica ma in generale tutto lo staff é davvero disponibile e cordiale. La professionalità, la passione, l'attenzione al cliente sono da 10 e lode. Menzione speciale per la colazione e sua maestà il bombolone. Un posto speciale dove torneremo sicuramente non appena potremo. A perfect place for those who need to switch off and are looking for a little fun just a stone's throw from the sea. The hosts are of a unique welcome but in general all the staff are really helpful and friendly. The professionalism, the passion, the attention to the customer are 10 and praise.
