Owners are exceptionally friendly and helpful and all rooms clean and well looked after..
Enjoyed two weeks there this summer amd definetly come back :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely stunning location looking over the lagoon, perfectly positioned to have a drink watching the sunset every evening.
The rooms were nicely decorated and the kitchen was incredibly well equipped in comparison to other BnBs I have stayed in which is perfect if you want to cook up all the beautiful local produce.
As a cherry on the cake the hostess/owner is so incredibly helpful and the breakfasts were delicious, with both savoury and sweet options (or both if you’re greedy like me).
I couldn’t recommend this place more highly. For the kitesurfers out there, this place is perfect for you too, as it is less that 5min from the kite spots and much nicer & better value than the apartments at the spots too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in Laguna dei Fenici in October while kitesurfing and had a truly lovely stay. The B&B exceeded my expectations with how clean and taken care of the rooms and grounds were, the bed was incredibly comfortable (we stayed in Ponente), the views from the shared terrace was absolutely beautiful, the breakfast everyday was delicious and local - most importantly the owners and staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful. Thank you for a lovely stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing full package! I highly recommend Laguna Phoenicians for kitesurfers, couples, friends, lone travelers. The staff is so nice and helpful. The location is near the sea and only 1km to the kite beach. It is so silent, you can spend the day in the garden, reading your book or enjoy the sunset with a bottle of wine. The rooms are clean. The breakfast has both desert &fruit and egg ham cheese options.
Don’t hesitate to choose this hotel if you are looking for a peaceful place.
