 Grumpy staff, almost listless. I understand the hassle of these times due to the virus, but having said that, behaving in this way with customers does not solve anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parecchie giostrine non funzionanti e tra l'altro quasi tutte ci vogliono 2 gettoni quindi non conveniente per chi ha dei bambini, i giochi della pesca completamente tarate per perdere non si vince mai...
Several mobile devices not working and, by the way, almost all of them take 2 tokens so not convenient for those with children, the fishing games are fully calibrated to lose you never win ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scontroso e maleducato, non disponibile ad ascoltare le lamentele sulle malfunzioni delle macchine, ogni tal volta che qualcuno cerca di spiegare come la macchina non distribuisce il numero desiderato di tickets riceve solo scuse e giustificazioni con tono sgarbato, pure nei confronti di bambini.

Grumpy and rude staff, not available to listen to complaints about machine malfunctions, every time someone tries to explain how the machine does not distribute the desired number of tickets, they only receive apologies and justifications in a rude tone, even towards children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non di certo economica. La maggior parte dei giochi richiede 2 gettoni (1,20 euro). Le durate sono davvero brevi. Tanti giochi ma pochissimi di qualità. Se non altro la pulizia è buona.
Certainly not economic. Most games require 2 coins (1.20 euros). The durations are very short. Many games but very few of quality. If nothing else, cleaning is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sala giochi non certo economica, quasi tutti giochi ci vogliono 2 gettoni per tirare una pallina, l'obiettivo e vincere dei ticket, per poi accumularli e prendere dei premi, tral'altro brutti e insignificanti. Il personale non è per niente cortese. Noi non ci torneremo piú ne proveremo un'altra.
Games room certainly not economic, almost all games require 2 coins to pull a ball, the goal and win tickets, to then accumulate them and take prizes, which are ugly and insignificant. The staff is not at all courteous. We won't be back any more we'll try another.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo come altri ma ben organizzato. Per i bambini è il paese dei balocchi. Abbiamo vinto delle fiches ed incassato il premio scelto dalla nipote malgrado non avessimo l totalità dei punti. Sono stati molto gentili ed accorti. In periodo di covid è tutto ben igienizzato!
Place like others but well organized. For children it is the land of toys. We won some chips and collected the prize chosen by the granddaughter despite not having all the points. They were very kind and attentive. During the covid period, everything is well sanitized!
