a	angelo lisbino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un forno 40 x 60 da Zucchelli tramite l agente di zona e purtroppo mi e capitato quanto segue: Consegna forno il giorno 05/06/2022 alle ore 8.00 mattina. Avendo conferma della consegna, la sera del giorno prima dell arrivo del forno (04/05/2022) mi organizzo per smontare tutto ,per fare entrare il forno nel mio laboratorio il più presto possibile e rimontare tutto in serata in modo tale da poter lavorare il giorno successivo. Purtroppo il forno non e arrivato , e molto probabilmente dovrò fare più di di un giorno di festa. Naturalmente chiamo l azienda la quale mi dice di chiamare l agente . E incominciata la solita storia che si ripete sempre , e cioè la colpa non e dell azienda ma devi fare riferimento all agente , la colpa non e del agente ma del trasportatore, il trasportatore non sapeva perché il tecnico non l aveva avvisato e cosi via. Allora potete dire perché la recensione la faccio a zucchelli , perché inazitutto i pagamenti li faccio a zucchelli , e non all agente al tecnico oppure al trasportatore e poi dovrebbe essere Lei a coordinare il tutto e circondarsi di persone serie che mantengono gli impegni ... Ps inoltre la cosa che più mi fa imbestialire e questa : siete in ritardo , chiamate il cliente .,il quale Vi sta aspettando, e questa e proprio una mancanza di rispetto verso chi Vi ha dato fiducia ........
