★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come tutte le cose...per qualcuno sono positive e per altri no...e questo preciso è un mio personale giudizio in base alla esperienza fatta una sola volta con questa agenzia. A maggior ragione vorrei essere quanto più chiaro possibile senza voler offendere la professionalità di alcuno. Abbiamo prenotato con questa agenzia, tramite internet, una offerta per crociera MSC, per camere disdette da altri, che visto il periodo, primi di settembre, e l'occasione dei nostri 30 anni di matrimonio, ci è parsa subito conveniente e fattibile. Pubblicizzata sul sito facebook della stessa agenzia Zuccalá. Dov'è il problema? Che una volta preso la prenotazione e incassato il dovuto questa agenzia non ci ha più seguito...abbiamo dovuto chiamare più volte per sapere il numero della prenotazione ma senza esito. Tanto che abbiamo agito autonomamente chiamando il servizio clienti MSC...molto gentili. Ci siamo registrati su internet e abbiamo stampato da noi i biglietti d'imbarco. Se aspettavo Zuccalá eravamo ancora qui. Sappiamo che lamentandoci saremo inseriti in una lista nera che non ci permetterà più di prenotare con questa agenzia...ma ho preferito, per questioni di correttezza comunque fare questa recensione per far sapere della nostra esperienza negativa. Così se qualcuno accede a qualche offerta di questa agenzia e non è troppo contento....non si lamenti...altrimenti non potrete più prenotare con loro. Ringrazio comunque la signora Zuccalá...ma ribadisco che il cliente va seguito dall'inizio alla fine della propria esperienza di vacanza...non basta vendere una offerta e lavarsene le mani...Prenotiamo con tante agenzie su internet ma tutte ti consigliano, ti seguono, ti informano su tutto il da farsi...questa no. Ripeto questa è la nostra personale esperienza...
Like all things ... for some they are positive and for others not ... and this is my personal opinion based on my experience with this agency only once. All the more I would like to be as clear as possible without wishing to offend anyone's professionalism. We booked an MSC cruise offer through the internet, for rooms canceled by others, which, given the period, early September, and the occasion of our 30 years of marriage, seemed immediately convenient and feasible. Advertised on the facebook site of the same agency Zuccalá. Where is the problem? That once the booking is made and the due amount is collected, this agency has not followed us anymore ... we had to call several times to find out the reservation number but without result. So much so that we acted independently by calling the MSC customer service ... very kind. We registered on the internet and printed boarding tickets from us. If I waited for Zuccalá we were still here. We know that complaining we will be included in a blacklist that will no longer allow us to book with this agency ... but I preferred, for reasons of correctness, to do this review to let people know about our negative experience. So if someone accesses some offer of this agency and is not too happy .... don't complain ... otherwise you won't be able to book with them anymore. I thank Mrs. Zuccalá anyway ... but I repeat that the customer should be followed from the beginning to the end of his own vacation experience ... it is not enough to sell an offer and wash his hands ... We book with many agencies on the internet but they all advise you , they follow you, they inform you about everything to do ... this no. I repeat this is our personal experience ...
