Fisso un appuntamento e non trovo personale disponibile, per cui ho dovuto aspettare il turno. prenoto il viaggio di nozze ma si dimenticano un volo ed ho dovuto spendere 500€ più del previsto nonostante avessi precisato di prenotare tutto il viaggio completo. Chiudo la lista e aspetto per settimane che mi venga notificato l'ennesimo bonifico da parte di parenti. Adesso che sto chiedendo il rimborso mi si dice che ci sono dei tempi tecnici da rispettare... Delusione immensa! Per replicare alla sua risposta, vivendo nella provincia di Siracusa mi sembra improbabile che di mia spontanea volontà abbia chiesto di partire da Roma, in ogni caso in qualche modo sarei dovuta arrivarci a Roma e infatti avevo chiesto al suo collega di prenotare anche i voli Catania Roma. Il suo collega, gentilissimo, mi ha risposto che avremmo potuto prenotarli anche in seguito questi voli, cosa che però non è stata più fatta se non 3 giorni prima della partenza. Il risultato è stato che abbiamo dovuto pagare di più per i voli, abbiamo dovuto pagare un albergo e siamo dovuti partire un giorno prima!

I close the list and wait for weeks for another yet to be notified by relatives. Now that I am asking for a refund, I am told that there are technical times to respect ... A huge disappointment! To respond to his reply, living in the province of Syracuse, it seems unlikely to me that he had asked me to leave Rome, in any case I would have had to get to Rome somehow and in fact I had asked his colleague to book Catania flights too. Rome. His very kind colleague replied that we could also book these flights later, but that was no longer done until 3 days before departure. The result was that we had to pay more for the flights, we had to pay for a hotel and we had to leave a day earlier!
