★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avendo una mattinata libera a Catania, in una giornata particolarmente calda, decido di accompagnare le mie figlie e il nonno a visitare questo museo, che definirei un vero gioiello. La collezione di animali è ricca ma soprattutto esposta secondo criteri moderni che fanno apprezzare al visitatore il contenuto. Un'ora volata via osservando i vari esemplari e leggendo i cartelli didascalici. Andrebbe pubblicizzato molto di più e indicato in modo più visibile lungo la strada, magari con una cartellonistica che possa accompagnare i visitatori a partire dalla villa Bellini, poco distante e quindi ottima per attirare la curiosità delle famiglie.
 Having a free morning in Catania, on a particularly hot day, I decide to accompany my daughters and grandfather to visit this museum, which I would define as a real gem. The collection of animals is rich but above all exhibited according to modern criteria that make the visitor appreciate the content. An hour passed by observing the various specimens and reading the didactic signs. It should be advertised much more and indicated in a more visible way along the road, perhaps with signs that can accompany visitors starting from the Villa Bellini, not far away and therefore excellent for attracting the curiosity of families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccolo, ma molto ben organizzato. Vi si trovano numerose specie di uccelli e diversi mammiferi. Il personale cortese e disponibile. Ovviamente in questa fase per entrare occorre la mascherina e la registrazione all'ingresso. L'ingresso è gratuito.
Small, but very well organized. There are numerous species of birds and various mammals. The staff were courteous and helpful. Obviously at this stage to enter you need the mask and registration at the entrance. Admission is free.
