Le poche volte che rispondono dicono che la dottoressa è occupata e mi richiamerà lei appena finisce la visita. Ma non richiamano o mai. Brava la dottoressa, ma devo aspettare che mi muoia il cane prima che me lo curino!!?? 5 days I try to contact the clinic. I always get put on hold or hang up the phone. The few times they answer they say that the doctor is busy and she will call me back as soon as the visit is over. But they never call back either. Good doctor, but I have to wait for my dog to die before I get treated !! ??
b	bea paoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non la consiglio per niente, ho portato la gatta con un intossicazione, nonostante fosse urgente la dottoressa é sparita, lasciandomi con la gatta che aveva le convulsioni. Quando é ritornata dal suo giro di chiacchere la gatta andava peggiorando e la sua risposta é stata é tutto normale. Il giorno dopo dopo aver chiamato mille volte per sapere come stava, la dottoressa era sempre impegnata, nel pomeriggio mi ha richiamata lasciandomi spiazzata con la sua morte. Se volete un consiglio, non entrate mai in quella clinica!!!! When she returned from her chat, the cat was getting worse and her response was completely normal. The next day, after calling a thousand times to find out how she was, the doctor was always busy, in the afternoon she called me back, leaving me confused with her death. If you want some advice, never go into that clinic !!!!

Io e mia moglie all'inizio di settembre siamo stati in vacanza in Val di Sole insieme alla nostra barboncina Maggie di 5 mesi, quando purtroppo la cucciola ha accusato un serio problema intestinale (intussuscezione). Lo staff è stato eccezionale nel diagnosticare rapidamente la problematica e salvandole la vita con un intervento chirurgico d'urgenza. Essendo alloggiati ad un'ora di strada dalla clinica, ci hanno tenuti aggiornati sulle condizioni della cucciola inviandoci regolarmente video su WhatsApp. Grande umanità, cortesia e professionalità. Vacanza da dimenticare, ma grazie a loro siamo tornati a casa con la nostra cucciola, che si è totalmente rimessa in salute. Grazie ancora. Fantastic clinic. My wife and I were on holiday in Val di Sole at the beginning of September with our 5 month old poodle Maggie, when unfortunately the puppy accused a serious intestinal problem (intussusception). The staff were exceptional in quickly diagnosing the issue and saving her life with emergency surgery. Being housed an hour away from the clinic, they kept us updated on the puppy's condition by regularly sending us videos on WhatsApp. Great humanity, courtesy and professionalism. Vacation to forget, but thanks to them we returned home with our puppy, who is totally healthy again. Thanks again.

The blood sample was analysed within 15 minutes and the ultrasound reveiled an infection in the uterus. Luckily the surgery could be done immediaty and we were able to Pick up the dog the next day. She is feeling so much better already and we are very satisfied with the service we received!
