Auf meine wöchentlichen E-Mailanfragen wird seit 3 Wochen nicht reagiert. In der Servicehotline hängt man ewig in der Warteschlage ohne das sich jemand meldet. Absolute Frechheit und Abzocke!!
My order was canceled by Zooland. The money has already been charged to the credit card. The refund is now one month overdue. My weekly email inquiries have not been responded to for 3 weeks. In the service hotline you're stuck in the queue for ages without anyone answering. Absolute cheek and rip-off!!
