A	Arthur Fleck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ le porte sono anche di buona qualità, dopo di che iniziano i problemi: le maniglie arrivano sbagliate, quelle che il venditore voleva piazzarmi sono state montate (tanto poi ti portano quelle giuste, mille chiamate e scocciature dopo mi montano quelle da me richieste, tutte a parte quella della porta blindata che mi dicono "che quella è e quella rimane", perchè "non si può perchè è la porta blindata", notare che io l'ho pagata però ed il non si può al momento della vendita era un "non ti preoccupare mettiamo le maniglie che vuoi dove vuoi") dopo un anno dall'acquisto delle porte le maniglie rimangono in mano, chiamo l'assistenza e mi dicono che l'uscita è a pagamento in quanto nulla è rotto della porta solo ti è rimasta in mano la maniglia... allora me lo faccio da solo e aprendo il copri maniglia (non so come si chiami) si vede subito che su tutti i buchi per avvitare il gruppo maniglia sono state usate un terzo dei buchi e delle viti, e certi buchi sono stati scardinati the doors are also of good quality, after which the problems begin: the handles arrive wrong, the ones that the seller wanted to place have been mounted (anyway they bring you the right ones, a thousand calls and hassles after me mount the ones I requested, all apart from that of the armored door that tell me "that it is and that remains", because "it cannot be because it is the armored door", note that I paid for it though and it was not possible at the time of sale was a " do not worry we put the handles you want wherever you want ") after a year from the purchase of the doors the handles remain in my hand, I call the assistance and they tell me that the exit is paid as nothing is broken of the door only is it the handle remained in my hand ... then I do it myself and by opening the handle cover (I don't know what it is called) you immediately see that on all the holes to screw the handle group a third of the holes and screws were used, and certain holes have been unhinged

Porte arrivate con due mesi di ritardo, mi organizzo per farle montare e hanno tutte le misure sbagliate, una ho dovuto farla asimmetrica altrimenti non si apriva. Persone incompetenti, ora ho problemi con la chiusura di una porta, ancora in garanzia, ma dopo varie telefonate, email ed email pec, non si fanno vivi. L'unica volta che sono riuscito a parlare con qualcuno, mi è stato risposto che l'uscita per la sistemazione è a PAGAMENTO !!!!! VERY POOR, not purchased from this company. Ho appena sostituito le vecchie finestre di casa e sono estremamente soddisfatto della qualità del prodotto acquistato. Il personale installatore, infine, è stato ineccepibile in termini di puntualità, gentilezza e pulizia nelle operazioni di montaggio. Di fronte alla difettosità di una maniglia, hanno provveduto alla sostituzione nel giro di poche ore. Prodotto e azienda consigliatissimi! Exceptional product and even more personal! Veramente dei professionisti del settore. Il mio rapporto con Sig. Emanuele è risultato molto cordiale e soddisfacente, una persona che cerca di soddisfare ogni ns esigenza. Quest'impresa la consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che in un prossimo futuro hanno bisogno di una ditta di installazione seria, sia per quanto riguarda la qualità/prezzo sia per la pulizia finale e l'onestà.
