Sempre convinta che dovremmo usare un po' di più i neuroni specchio e che con un sorriso si riesca a illuminare anche la più brutta giornata. Dovremmo tutti rallentare un po'. I'm glad to have met two PEOPLE (and specifically PEOPLE, not "committed") as Laura and Sabrina. Professional and empathic, I hope they put the "BREATHE AND SLOW DOWN" sign in the box, would be good for certain customers.
