Ho chiesto un medicinale antiinfiammatorio e mi è stato dato un integratore (non richiesto) ed è stato battuto lo scontrino senza farmi vedere o darmi spiegazioni sul prodotto che stava battendo alla cassa. Nel momento in cui me ne sono resa conto non mi è stata data la possibilità di cambiarlo e con molta scortesia mi è stato spiegato che il prodotto che mi era stato imposto era migliore di quello che io avevo richiesto, senza darmi la possibilità di scegliere. Inoltre ho consegnato la tessera sanitaria prima di battere lo scontrino per poterlo scaricare, e nonostante il mio sollecito a inserirlo, non è stato battuto il codice fiscale e mi è stato riferito che era stato già inserito. Essendo l'unica farmacia di turno aperta la domenica non ho potuto fare altrimenti. Sconsiglio assolutamente questa farmacia! Unfriendly and arrogant staff. Being the only pharmacy on duty open on Sunday I could not do otherwise. I absolutely do not recommend this pharmacy!
