★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parlare con il personale al telefono é impossibile, quando ci riesci trovi molta maleducazione e poco rispetto per il cliente. Per non parlare delle consegne che non sono mai giuste c'è sempre qualcosa che non va. E oltremodo i rappresentanti di zona sono a loro volta vittime di una malagestione. Per finire posso dire che in questo luogo vige la classica e ignobile burocrazia all'italiana, in parole povere strafottenza.

Not to mention deliveries that are never right there is always something wrong. And, moreover, the area representatives are themselves victims of bad management. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si trovano prodotti di tutti i generi: roba da prezzo ma anche roba di altissima qualità. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è QUASI sempre eccellente (vanno esclusi da questa affermazione, principalmente i formaggi), ma il punto forte di questo negozio è il personale. Tutta gente che sa il fatto suo. Competenti ma anche gentili, pazienti con la clientela e sempre sorridenti. Su tutti, la signora che si occupa della cella dei salumi e dei formaggi alla quale va un ringraziamento particolare per come sa sempre consigliarci al meglio.
There are products of all kinds: priced stuff but also stuff of the highest quality. The quality / price ratio is ALMOST always excellent (mainly cheeses should be excluded from this statement), but the strong point of this shop is the staff. All people who know their stuff. Competent but also kind, patient with customers and always smiling. Above all, the lady who takes care of the cold cuts and cheeses cell to whom a special thanks goes for how she always knows how to advise us best.
